Armand Mouyal (born October 13, 1925 in Oran , Algeria , † July 15, 1988 in Bures-sur-Yvette ) was a French sword fencer .

Armand Mouyal was world champion with the team in Stockholm in 1951 , and he also won the individual title in Paris in 1957 . 1953 in Brussels , 1955 in Rome , 1961 in Turin and 1963 and Gdansk he was runner-up in the team competition. In addition, he won bronze with the team in Luxembourg in 1954 and in Philadelphia in 1958 . He took part in the Olympic Games three times : in 1952 he was eliminated from the team competition in Helsinki in the quarter-finals, in the individual he did not get past the first round. At the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956 he reached the final round with the French team, which they finished in third place behind Italy and Hungary and in front of the British team. Together with Yves Dreyfus , Claude Nigon , Daniel Dagallier and René Queyroux , Mouyal received the bronze medal. In the singles he was eliminated in the semi-finals. In 1960 he finished seventh in Rome, while he was ninth with the team.
