Baciu ( Hungarian Kisbács ) is a municipality in Cluj County in Transylvania , Romania .

According to the 2002 census, the municipality had 8,162 inhabitants, of whom 56.08% were Romanians , 34.89% Hungarians and 8.92% Roma .

The parish is officially bilingual, Romanian and Hungarian are used in public signage, education, justice and public administration.
