The top eight qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system with a return leg, in which the away goals rule applied. The number of relegation places has been increased from two to four.

Records:

  • On the eleventh match day Laíssa Nascimento Santos (born August 10, 1999) from Minas Brasília TC scored on July 13, 2019 in the Estádio José Bastos Padilha da Gávea in Rio de Janeiro in the 84th minute of the game, the 2000th goal in championship history to make it 3: 4 against the CR Flamengo (final score 3: 6).

  • With her world record goal scored in the quarter-final second leg against Sao José EC on August 21, 2019, Millene had scored her 46th league goal and was now able to take over the lead in the all-time table by lapping her teammate Gabi Nunes by one goal.
