The Ehrenklasse Saar 1946/47 was a division approved by the French military government for football clubs in Saarland, which was played between mid-October and the end of December 1946 in the league system in two groups of six teams each and represented the highest amateur class . In the preseason, only the clubs 1. FC Saarbrücken and VfB Neunkirchen , which started in the Gauliga Westmark before the war, took part in the Oberliga Südwest , Saar-Pfalz-Hessen group.
