The 19th World Figure Skating Championships took place for women and couples on January 24 and 25, 1914 in St. Moritz ( Switzerland ) and for men on February 21 and 22, 1914 in Helsinki ( Grand Duchy of Finland ). It was the last world championships before the First World War .

For the first time, more than ten participants took part in the men's competition.
