The 55th Eschborn – Frankfurt 2017 was a German road bike race .

The one-day race started in Eschborn and ended in Frankfurt am Main at the Alte Oper after 215.7 km and was held on Monday , May 1st, 2017 . It led from Eschborn towards Taunus . There the following climbs had to be mastered: Großer Feldberg , Kittelhütte , Ruppertshain and four times the Mammolshainer Berg . The bike race was part of the UCI WorldTour 2017 and was the 20th of a total of 37 races in this series.

The winner for the third time in a row was Alexander Kristoff , who won the sprint of the front field. His team mate Rick Zabel , who had attracted him to the sprint, came second , ahead of John Degenkolb , who was disadvantaged by a defect in his sprint preparer Jasper Stuyven .
