Men

Race course

The start took place in St. James's Park in London. Then it went to the county of Surrey , where five mountain ratings were held between kilometers 30 and 135. On the way there, a leading group around Matteo Trentin (Italy / QuickStep) and Mads Würtz Schmidt (Denmark / Katusha Alpecin) broke away . Trentin collected the most points in the sprints and won the sprint classification. Würtz Schmidt was the hardest-working point collector in the mountain classifications and won the mountain classification. The route then led back towards London. In London, final laps were driven on a circuit. In between, the leading group was caught up again and further attacks failed. So it came to a mass sprint on the mall and Alexander Kristoff (Norway / Katusha Alpecin) won ahead of Magnus Cort Nielsen (Denmark / Orica) and Michael Matthews (Australia / Sunweb).
