The 71st Tour de Romandie 2017 was a stage race in French- speaking Switzerland ( western Switzerland ). The bike race took place from April 25th to 30th, 2017 and was also part of the UCI WorldTour 2017 . It was the 19th of a total of 37 races.

Stages

The second stage started again in Aigle VD instead of Champery due to snowfall and temperatures at freezing point . There was no descent that was planned after the start. As a result, the stage was only 136.5 km long instead of 161.3 .
