The European elections in Belgium 2019 took place on May 26, 2019 as part of the 2019 EU- wide European elections . In accordance with a constitutional reform, parliamentary elections were held on the same day .

In Belgium, 21 mandates were given in the European Parliament . Elections were made in three electoral areas: the Dutch-speaking electoral body elected twelve members, the French-language electoral body eight members and the German-language electoral body one member. In the elective areas, voting is based on proportional representation with a blocking clause of 5%.

There was compulsory voting .
