The 1995 men's European field hockey championship was the seventh edition of the men's European field hockey championship . It took place in Dublin . The defending champion Germany was able to defend his title against the Netherlands 9: 8 in a seven-meter shootout.

Twelve teams took part, initially playing in two groups of six. The two best players each played in the semifinals, the third and fourth placed for places 5 to 8, the others for the following placements.
