The municipality Han i Elezit ( Albanian Komuna e Hanit të Elezit , Serbian Општина Елез Хан Opština Elez Han ) is a municipality in Kosovo. It is located in the Ferizaj district . The administrative seat is the city of Han i Elezit .
The municipality of Han i Elezit is located in the southeast of Kosovo. In the north, the municipality borders on the municipality of Kaçanik and in the south on the neighboring country of North Macedonia . There are a total of 10 villages in the municipality. The area is 82.9 km². Together with the municipalities of Ferizaj , Kaçanik , Shtime and Štrpce , the municipality forms the Ferizaj district .

The 2011 census showed a population of 9,403 in the community of Han i Elezit, of which 9,357 (99.51%) said they were Albanians, 42 Bosniaks . 9398 declared themselves Muslim.
