Georg Eismann

Georg Eismann (* 1899 ; † 1968 ) was a German musicologist. The music teacher at the state high school for boys took over the management of the Robert Schumann House in Zwickau as the second director after 1945 . In particular, the house where Schumann was born was rebuilt after the floods of 1954 and in 1956 it was officially opened to the public with a museum, concert hall and research center.
