Hohenfelde ( Low German Hogenfellen ) is a municipality in the Stormarn district in Schleswig-Holstein .
geography
Hohenfelde lies on the edge of the Hahnheide and is the smallest municipality in the Stormarn district. Hohenfeld addresses only consist of a house number; there are no street names in the municipality.
history
Hohenfelde was founded in 1822 by settlers from Trittau and Hamfelde . It is the youngest municipality in the Stormarn district .
