NGC 3763 = IC 714 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Becher in the southern sky . It is an estimated 256 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 85,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 3722 , NGC 3724 , NGC 3732 , NGC 3789 .

The property was discovered by Andrew Ainslie Common in 1880 .
