The canton of Rennes-Center was a French canton in the Arrondissement Rennes , in the Département Ille-et-Vilaine and in the region of Brittany until 2015 .
history
The canton was created through a reorganization of the cantons in the Rennes area in 1973 and was named Rennes-I until 1985. With the reorganization of the cantons in France, the canton was dissolved in 2015.
