La Chapelle-aux-Naux is located in the Touraine between the Loire , which forms the northern municipal boundary, and the Indre , which borders the municipality in the south. La Chapelle-aux-Naux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Langeais in the north, Villandry in the northeast, Vallères in the east, Lignières-de-Touraine in the south and Bréhémont in the west.
