La Membrolle-sur-Choisille is located on the Choisille River about five kilometers north-north-west of Tours . La Membrolle-sur-Choisille is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Charentilly in the north and north-west, Mettray in the east and north-east, Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire in the south and south-east and Fondettes in the west and south-west.
history
In 1873, La Membrolle-sur-Choisille was spun off from the neighboring municipality of Mettray and became independent.
