Chanceaux-sur-Choisille is about eight kilometers north of Tours . Chanceaux-sur-Choisille is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cerelles in the north, Nouzilly in the northeast, Monnaie in the east, Parçay-Meslay in the southeast, Notre-Dame-d'Oé in the south, Mettray in the west and southwest and Saint-Antoine-du- Rocher to the northwest.

The A28 autoroute runs through the municipality .
