Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Rouziers-en-Touraine in the north, Cerelles in the east, Chanceaux-sur-Choisille in the southeast, Mettray in the south, Charentilly in the west and southwest and Semblançay in the west.
