Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher is a French commune with a population of 1,720 (as at 1st January 2017) in Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Chinon and the canton of Château-Renault (until 2015: canton of Neuillé-Pont-Pierre ). The inhabitants are called Rocantoniens .

Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher is about twelve kilometers north-northwest of Tours . Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Rouziers-en-Touraine in the north, Cerelles in the east, Chanceaux-sur-Choisille in the southeast, Mettray in the south, Charentilly in the west and southwest and Semblançay in the west.
The A28 autoroute runs through the municipality .
