Trogues is a municipality with 310 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the French department of Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the canton of Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine (until 2015: canton of L'Île-Bouchard ) in the arrondissement of Chinon .
geography
Trogues is located about 32 kilometers south-southwest of Tours on the Vienne , which borders the municipality in the south and south-west. Trogues is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Épain in the north, Pouzay in the east and south-east, Parçay-sur-Vienne in the south and south-west and Crouzilles in the west and north-west.
