Neuillé-Pont-Pierre is a French commune with 2,004 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Chinon and the canton of Château-Renault (until 2015: canton of Neuillé-Pont-Pierre ). The inhabitants are called Noviliaciens .

Neuillé-Pont-Pierre is about 20 kilometers north-north-west of Tours . Neuillé-Pont-Pierre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Neuvy-le-Roi in the north and north-east, Beaumont-la-Ronce in the east, Rouziers-de-Touraine in the east and south-east, Semblançay in the south, Sonzay in the west and south-west and Saint- Paterne-Racan in the northwest.

The Autoroute A28 and the former Routes nationales 158 and 766 run through the municipality .
