geography
Lerné is about ten kilometers west-southwest of Chinon . Lerné is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne in the north, Thizay in the north and north-east, Seuilly in the east, Vézières in the south, Bournand in the south and south-west, Roiffé in the west and Couziers in the north-west.
