Rouziers-de-Touraine is a French commune with 1,317 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Chinon and the canton of Château-Renault (until 2015: canton of Neuillé-Pont-Pierre ). The inhabitants are called Rouziérois .

Rouziers-de-Touraine is about 14 kilometers north-north-west of Tours . Rouziers-de-Touraine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beaumont-Louestault in the north, Nouzilly in the east and northeast, Cerelles in the south and southeast, Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher in the west and southwest, Semblançay in the west and Neuillé-Pont-Pierre in the Northwest.
