Saint-Roch is a French commune with 1,255 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Chinon and the canton of Château-Renault (until 2015: canton of Neuillé-Pont-Pierre ). The inhabitants are called Rochiens .

Saint-Roch is about ten kilometers northwest of Tours . Saint-Roch is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Semblançay in the north, Charentilly in the east and north-east, Fondettes in the south and east, Luynes in the west and south-west and Pernay in the west and north-west.
