Épeigné-sur-Dême is a French municipality with 159 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Chinon and the canton of Château-Renault (until 2015: canton of Neuvy-le-Roi ). The inhabitants are called Spinacois .

Épeigné-sur-Dême is the northernmost municipality in the Indre-et-Loire department. It is located about 31 kilometers north-west of Tours . Épeigné-sur-Dême is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beaumont-sur-Dême in the north and north-west, Villedieu-le-Château in the north-east, Chemillé-sur-Dême in the east and south-east, Neuvy-le-Roi in the south, Bueil-en- Touraine to the south-west, Villebourg to the west and south-west and Dissay-sous-Courcillon to the west.
