The inhabitants are called Saint-Aubinois .

Saint-Aubin-le-Dépeint is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Nogent-sur-Loir in the north, Saint-Pierre-de-Chevillé in the north and northeast, Saint-Christophe-sur-le-Nais in the east, and Saint-Paterne-Racan in the South and southeast and Chenu in the west.
