Veigné mill

Veigné is a French municipality with 6266 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Tours and is part of the canton of Monts . The inhabitants are called Vindinia .

Veigné is located on the Indre River , about 14 kilometers south of Tours , and is surrounded by the municipalities of Chambray-lès-Tours in the north, Esvres in the east, Saint-Branchs in the south, Sorigny in the south-west, Montbazon and Monts in the west and Joué-lès -Tours in the northwest.
