The constituency of Nienburg / Schaumburg is a state electoral district in Lower Saxony . It includes the town of Rehburg-Loccum , the municipality of Steyerberg and the municipalities of Liebenau , Mittelweser and Uchte from the district of Nienburg , and the municipalities of Lindhorst , Niedernwöhren and Sachsenhagen from the district of Schaumburg . Furthermore, the municipality of Wagenfeld and the joint municipality of Kirchdorf belong to the district of Diepholz , whereby Nienburg / Schaumburg is the only state electoral district in Lower Saxony to include localities from three districts.
