The women's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 1954 European Athletics Championships was held on August 28 and 29, 1954 in the Neufeld stadium in Bern .

The European champion was the Soviet Union ( Wera Krepkina , Rimma Ulitkina, Marija Itkina , Irina Turowa ). The Federal Republic of Germany won the silver medal with Irmgard Egert , Charlotte Böhmer , Irene Brütting and Maria Sander . Bronze went to Italy with Maria Musso , Giuseppina Leone , Letizia Bertoni and Milena Greppi.
