The bridges received four corner sculptures by well-known scientists. In 1903 the eastern bridge was named Potsdamer Brücke. Pyramid ring bridge Marzahn The pyramid ring bridge is a combination of the passage of the border trench through the railway embankment (top picture) and a road bridge over this trench (bottom picture).
It leads the pyramid ring over the Marzahn-Hohenschönhauser Grenzgraben, bears the building number 21 001 and was renovated around the year 2000. This work was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, as can be read on a notice board on the bridge.
