After this bridge was destroyed at the end of the war, there was no crossing for 50 years after the remains were removed the Spree at this point.

It was not until November 2005 and September 2007 that the new Kaisersteg was built as a pedestrian and cycle path bridge with a stay cable construction .

Kaulsdorf Bridge Kaulsdorf The bridge runs along Heinrich-Grüber-Straße over the Prussian Eastern Railway near the Kaulsdorf S-Bahn station . It runs in a U-shape and is popularly called "gallows". The steel bridge from 1903 was closed in 2003 due to structural damage. Despite a subsequent repair, only a load capacity of 2.8  t and a permissible maximum speed of 10 km / h were approved. The bridge was therefore dismantled in 2006 and a reinforced concrete bridge was rebuilt, which was opened to traffic in 2007. Between the abutments it has a clear width of 28.80 m and two lanes each 5.25 m and two walkways with 2.63 m and 1.63 m width. On March 24, 2014, the footbridge in need of renovation was torn down amid local residents' protests; the costs of around a quarter of a million euros for the necessary general overhaul were too high. Actions to preserve the bridge, such as the collection of around 1,000 signatures by the Kiehlsteg residents' initiative or an urgent request from the pirate faction in the Berlin House of Representatives, could not prevent the dismantling. cards

The two-meter-wide and 99-meter-long pedestrian bridge is in the route of the 74 road and leads to the Pankewanderweg. The barrier-free bridge has access ramps on both sides, which creates a total length of 180 meters and the column height enables high vehicles to pass through on the motorway. Around this point there was already a bridge in 1770 over the Panke river valley, which was wider and more swampy at the time.

This bridge will be completely renewed from summer 2019. During the construction period, cyclists will have to use the midwifery bridge.

It lies on the border with Tempelhof and forms an eastern exit of the Red Island, which is surrounded by railway tracks . The neighboring Tempelhofer Feld served as a parade - and parade ground - the marching infantry and artillery columns gave the street and bridge their name (on a map from 1909: Colonnenbrücke ). The first bridge built with the construction of the Anhalter Bahn in 1841 was therefore laid out so wide that the columns could pass it. Southeast of the bridge begins the Papestrasse history trail (new: Südkreuz History Quarter ) with the listed barracks of the railway regiments . The heavy load body on the bridge testifies to the plans of the National Socialists to expand Berlin to become the world capital Germania . It consists of a single-span beam with a cantilever arm . Like the street, the footbridge bears the name of the pedagogue Adelheid Krahmer (1841–1929), in 1872 founder of the “Krahmer's Higher Girls' School”, today's Goethe High School . cards
The Kremnitz Bridge 1906 Kremnitz Bridge Wannsee / Kleinmachnow The Kremnitz Bridge connected Albrechts Teerofen via the Teltow Canal with the Teerofenweg towards Wannsee and the Stolper Weg towards Dreilinden . After it was blown up in 1945, it was provisionally restored as a pedestrian bridge in 1948. The northern bank of the canal up to the middle of the water belonged to the Soviet Zone as a result of the four-power status and the Potsdam Agreement , the Kremnitz bank and the other half of the water were in West Berlin .

The last rudiments of the temporary bridge were removed in 1981 as part of the expansion work to reopen the canal. Like the Kremnitzufer, which still exists today, it was named after the entrepreneur and leading employee of the canal construction commission Ernst Kremnitz (1859–1908).

The bridge is 26 meters long, four meters wide and is located near the excursion restaurant New Venice . The planning was carried out on behalf of the Senate Department for Urban Development by the engineering office Vepro , the construction work was carried out by Eurovia VBU GmbH . While the border between the districts of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg (district Friedrichshain) and Lichtenberg (district Rummelsburg) ran along the old bridge , the central part of the new bridge lies entirely on the Rummelsburg side.
