The Marie Juchacz plaque is an honorary award given by the Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO). It is the highest award of this association and has been awarded since 1969, the 50th anniversary of the AWO. It was named after Marie Juchacz , a German women's rights activist, social reformer and, in 1919, founder of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt.

The award is given to members of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt who have shown particular commitment to the association and who are politically responsible for the concerns of the AWO.
