NGC 6484 is a 12.5 mag bright bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble-type Sb in the constellation Hercules in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 147 million light years from the Milky Way and about 80,000 light years in diameter. Together with PGC 61052 and PGC 61063 , it forms the isolated galaxy trio KTG 67 or LGG 413 .
The object was discovered by Truman Safford on July 11, 1866 .
