NGC 6485 is a 13.2 mag bright spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sbc in the constellation Hercules in the northern sky . It is an estimated 220 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 95,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on July 27, 1864 .
