The NXT Tag Team Championship , along with the NXT UK Tag Team Championship, is one of the Tag Team Wrestling titles that belong to the WWE Advanced League . Introduced on January 23, 2013, the title is only awarded to the tag team division of the NXT rooster. As is common in wrestling, the award is based on a previously determined storyline.
history
On January 23, 2013, Shawn Michaels announced that a tournament would be held to determine the first title holder. In this case, could British Ambition ( Neville and Oliver Gray) from 3MB ( Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater ), Kassius Ohno and Leo Kruger and The Wyatt Family ( Erick Rowan and Luke Harper ) enforce and might thus first the NXT Team Championship day win.
