Burbeck Valley nature reserve

The Burbeck Valley nature reserve is a 10.8 hectare nature reserve northeast of Niedersfeld in the urban area of Winterberg . In 2008 the area was designated as an NSG by the Hochsauerlandkreis in the Winterberg landscape plan .

The NSG includes the forest area there. Mainly beech trees grow in the NSG . There are several seepage springs in the area , including the source of the Burbecke (Hillebach) . The NSG is structured by notch valleys.
