The 1995 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards (KCA) were held on May 20, 1995 in the Barker Hangar on the grounds of Santa Monica Municipal Airport in Santa Monica . It was the eighth American award of blimps . These are orange, zeppelin-shaped trophies with the logo of the broadcaster Nickelodeon , which were awarded in 16 categories. In addition, Boyz II Men received the golden Hall of Fame Award . The ceremony was hosted by Whitney Houston .

Live performances

The band Soul For Real sang the song Candy Rain and Brandy presented their title Baby . Montell Jordan also performed with This Is How We Do It .

Slime showers

For amusement, celebrities receive a green slime shower every year, which Nickelodeon sees as the highest honor. This time the slime shower went to the actor Mark Curry.

Categories

It could be coordinated in advance for six weeks by telephone, email and post. The categories favorite book and favorite video game were chosen for the first time.
