Novojegorjewskoje ( Russian: Новоего́рьевское ) is a village (selo) in the Altai region ( Russia ) with 5794 inhabitants (as of October 14, 2010).

geography

The place is about 260 km as the crow flies southwest of the regional administrative center of Barnaul and 35 km northwest of Rubzowsk not far from the southern end of the 45 km² Gorkoje-Pereschejetschnoje soda lake , on the edge of the "Barnaul Bandwald" (Barnaulski lentotschny bor), a narrow forest massif that almost extends completely straight from Barnaul am Ob over almost 400 km to almost the Irtysh , which is already flowing in Kazakhstan . Between Novojegorjewskoje and the northwestern Volchicha , the Barnaul Bandwald and the Kasmala Bandwald (Kasmalinski lentotschny bor), which run parallel to the northwest, form a contiguous pine and birch forest area , which in this area is almost 50 km wide.

Nowojegorjewskoje is the administrative center of the Rajons Jegorjewski and seat of the rural community Nowojegorjewski selsowet, which in addition to the village Nowojegorjewskoje nor the settlements Nowosowetski, Rechka-Kormicha and Sibir are.

Novojegoryevskoye is on the Rubtsovsk - Volchikha road. The A349 Novoaltaisk  - Barnaul - Kazakh border runs through Rubzowsk , and this is where the nearest train station is located at 508 km on the Novosibirsk  - Barnaul - Semei line (Kazakhstan).
