Ollioules ( Provence Oliulas [uliwlɔ] or Ouliéulo [uliwlɔ]) is a French municipality with 13,702 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Var department in the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur .

Ollioules is seven kilometers west of Toulon , five kilometers northeast of Sanary-sur-Mer and 57 kilometers east of Marseille .

The gorges Les gorges d'Ollioules the old road connecting Marseille and Toulon, which played a historical role during the plague and which is wildly and picturesque crossed by the "Reppe", which flows into the sea at Sanary.

In agriculture, wine, olives, vegetables, fruits and flowers are produced. The rise of floriculture in the 19th century brought Ollioules the nickname la Reine des Fleurs , Queen of Flowers. The production of cut flowers has retained its importance to this day. Rosé wine is mainly produced in the community's winegrowers' cooperative. The olive oil is also produced in cooperatives.
The reeds for wind instruments from Ollioules are counted among the best in the world by musicians.
