Niger took part inthe 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the eleventh participation in the Summer Olympics. The Comité Olympique et Sportif National du Niger nominated six athletes in five sports.

Flag bearer

The boxer Moustapha Hima carried the Niger flag during the opening ceremony in the Olympic Stadium.
