Women's tennis doubles from the 2012 Summer Olympics .

The defending champions were the US sisters Serena and Venus Williams , who also won the gold medal in 2012. It was their third joint success at the Olympic Games after 2000 and 2008. Silver went to the Czechs Andrea Hlaváčková and Lucie Hradecká , bronze went to Marija Kirilenko and Nadja Petrowa from Russia. The game was played on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon from July 28 to August 5, 2012. A total of 31 pairs took part in this tournament. The draw for the matches took place on July 26, 2012.
