Alex Klug from laut.de rated One More Light Live with three out of a possible five points. The album has a “better sound” than previous live albums by the band and is “soundly flawless through and through and professionally implemented”. However, "the large discography cross-section that Linkin Park concerts have in reality offered for years" is missing. The live versions of the title song One More Light and Crawling are given positive feedback.
