The women's 200-meter run at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 8th and 9th at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima .

20 runners from 13 countries took part in the races. Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce won the gold medal after 22.43 s, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Vitória Cristina Rosa with 22.62 s and Tynia Gaither won the bronze medal with 22.76 s.
