The nature reserve Prierow See lies in the area of ​​the city Mittenwalde in the district Dahme-Spreewald and in the area of ​​the city Zossen in the district Teltow-Fläming in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1210 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of June 26, 1978 . The approximately 210.8 hectare nature reserve extends east of Dabendorf , part of the municipality of Zossen, and southwest of Telz , part of the city of Mittenwalde. The B 196 runs to the west and the B 246 to the east . The Notte Canal flows on the southeastern edge of the area .
