Ache was born in Frankfurt am Main to a Ghanaian mother and a German father. He started playing soccer at the Hessian club SpVgg 03 Neu-Isenburg . In 2009, at the age of eleven, he moved with his family to the Netherlands because of his stepfather Jaap Sneep, the former team manager of Sparta Rotterdam , where he then signed up for RV & AV Sparta , a youth club of the Rotterdamers. A year later he switched to the junior department of the mother team. There he played in various junior teams. From December 2015 he was used for the U19s and attracted attention in the 2015/16 season with ten goals in ten league games.

On April 29, 2016, he signed his first professional contract with Sparta. For the 2016/17 season he was finally promoted to the Jong Spartas squad, the reserve team, but also played for the U19s. He made his debut in the third-rate Tweede Divisie on August 20, 2016 (2nd matchday) in a 2-2 draw against SV TEC from Tiel . He was substituted on in the 66th minute of the game and scored a goal. In the U23 he scored seven times in 17 league games this season and prepared six more goals. For the U19 he scored eight goals in eight games. First team coach Alex Pastoor called Ache into the professional squad for the final games of the season. On April 4, 2017 (29th matchday) he made his debut in the Eredivisie . This mission was his only one this season.

In the following season 2017/18 Ache was promoted to the first team and regularly used as a substitute. On August 25, 2017 (3rd matchday) he was substituted on in the league game against NAC Breda when the score was 0: 2 in the 52nd minute of the game and saved Sparta with two goals scored. He then started in a few games but did not score a goal. After Pastoor's dismissal, his successor Dolf Roks employed him less; Ache was returned to the reserve team at the end of the season. During this season he played 19 league games for the first team, in which he scored two goals. After losing relegation, Sparta had to move into the second-class Eerste Divisie . For the U23 he scored three goals in 14 appearances and prepared as many goals.

Due to an injury, Ache missed the entire first half of the next 2018/19 season . In December 2018, he returned to the U23 field and made two short appearances in the first team in February 2019. In March, he reported back successfully with four goals and an assist in three games. The highlight was two goals and an assist in the 5-1 away win against the U23 team of FC Utrecht on March 29 (31st matchday). Sparta reached second place in the league and qualified for the play-offs, in the semifinals of which they met TOP Oss . In the first leg, Ache contributed a template to the 2-0 away win after being substituted in the closing stages. In the second leg he was substituted on again and scored two goals in a 3-0 win within two minutes, making it clear that Sparta was promoted to the final.
