Reports
Day 1 (Friday, May 31)
During qualifying, on a gravel track of 3.1 kilometers, Sébastien Ogier was the fastest ahead of Dani Sordo . Both decided to start the first special stage at the very back. The first test (47.7 kilometers) went to Evgeny Novikov with a driving time of around 33 minutes. Ogier retired due to a technical defect (fuel pressure) and was only able to start again on Saturday thanks to the Rallye2 regulations . Mads Østberg lost almost 6 minutes to the top due to steering problems on the first day. Novikov ( Ford Fiesta WRC) finished the first day 30.3 seconds ahead of Sordo ( Citroën DS3 WRC ) and Latvala ( Volkswagen Polo R WRC ).
2nd day (Saturday, June 1st)
On special stage six, the leader Novikov hit a stone, which resulted in a puncture. Novikov fell far behind. Latvala took the lead without a fight. Sordo was in second place and set the best time in the sixth special stage. Novikov won special stages 8 and 9 in the afternoon after the bad luck in the morning. The day ended with the special stage ten (21 kilometers) and in heavy rain. Ogier won his first special stage in this rally and was already back in tenth place. Also in the top ten, Ogier and Latvala's teammate, Andreas Mikkelsen, came fifth.
3rd day (Sunday, June 2nd)
Andreas Mikkelsen started the day successfully on Sunday morning with victories in special stages 11, 12 and 13.
