Seitendorf (colloquially: Saidndorf ) is a district of the city of Heilsbronn in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .
geography
In the village , two nameless streams converge to form a stream that is a right tributary of the Weißendorfer Bächlein, which in turn is a right tributary of the Schwabach . 0.7 km to the east is the Dreschelberg ( 418 m above sea level ), 0.8 km to the south-east is the Gaulnholz with the Lindenberg . Community roads lead to Trachenhöfstatt (0.7 km southwest) and to the district road AN 29 (0.6 km northwest) between Göddeldorf (0.7 km northeast) and Weißenbronn (2 km west). At the AN 29 there is a series of sandstones that are designated as a geotope and protected as a natural monument.
history
The village was first mentioned by name in 1252 as "Sitendorf" meaning the village on the side .
In 1529 two subject families were specified in the place who were subordinate to the Hauptmannschaft Rohr of the imperial city of Nuremberg . In the official description of the Lichtenau nursing office from 1748, ten subject families are specified for the location, one of which was subordinate to the Rohr main team of the nursing office and nine to the Windsbach caste office .
Towards the end of the 18th century there were 14 properties and a shepherd's house belonging to the municipality in Seitendorf. The high court and the village and community rulership exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach caste and city bailiff's office in Windsbach . The landlords were the Kastenamt Windsbach (1 yard, 4 half yards, 6 farms, 1 smithy, 1 inn, 1 house) and the state charity office of the imperial city of Nuremberg (1 farm). In addition to the households, there was the shepherd's house, which was a communal building. From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the Justice and Chamber Office Windsbach .
In 1806 Seitendorf came to the Kingdom of Bavaria . As part of the community edict, Seitendorf was assigned to the tax district Weißenbronn formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Weißenbronn, founded in 1810 . With the second community edict (1818), Seitendorf split with Trachenhöfstatt and Göddeldorf from Weißenbronn and formed a rural community. It was subject to the Heilsbronn Regional Court in administration and jurisdiction and the Windsbach Rent Office in the financial administration . From 1862 to 1879 Seitendorf was administered by the Heilsbronn district office, since 1880 by the Ansbach district office (renamed the Ansbach district in 1938 ) and the Heilsbronn rent office (1920–1929: Heilsbronn tax office , from 1929: Ansbach tax office ). The jurisdiction remained with the district court Heilsbronn until 1879, 1880–1956 district court Heilsbronn , since 1956 district court Ansbach . The municipality had an area of 7,292 km². The municipality was incorporated into the city of Heilsbronn on January 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform .
