Shalonda Solomon (born December 19, 1985 in Los Angeles ) is a former American sprinter .
Career
In 2003 she became the Pan-American junior champion over 100 and 200 meters , in 2004 in Grosseto junior world champion over 200 meters.
As a student at the University of South Carolina , she won the 2006 indoor and outdoor NCAA 200 yards.
In 2010, like in 2006, she was US runner-up over 200 meters. At the Athletics Continental Cup in Split, she was second over 100 meters and won the America relay in the 4 x 100 meter relay .
As a US champion over 200 meters, she drove to the 2011 World Championships in Daegu . There she was fourth in the 200 World Championships in 2011 and contributed to the fact that the US team won gold in the 4 x 100 meter relay with an effort in advance. It has not appeared internationally since 2011.
Shalonda Solomon is 1.69 m tall and weighs 56 kg. She was trained by Lance Brauman.
