Aaliyah Brown (born January 6, 1995 ) is an American athlete who specializes in the sprint .

Life

The international athletics federation World Athletics leads from 2007 results from Brown. Until 2013, she attended Lincoln-Way East High School in Frankfort , Illinois , for whose track and field team she triumphed nine times at State Championships . She then studied at Texas A&M University , where she earned a Kinesiology degree in 2017 . For the Texas A&M Aggies , the university's athletics team, she finished fourth over 200 meters, her best individual placement at NCAA Division I championships in 2017 . Brown competed in her first major international competition at the 2017 World Athletics Championships in London with the women's 4 × 100 meter relay . She won the gold medal together with Allyson Felix , Morolake Akinosun and Tori Bowie in 41.82 seconds.
