The sixth season of the German singing talent show The Voice Kids was first broadcast on television from February 11, 2018 to April 15, 2018. The sixth season was moderated by Thore Schölermann and Debbie Schippers . The jury consisted of the pop singer Nena in a double chair with her daughter Larissa , the former The Voice finalist Max Giesinger and the singer-songwriter Mark Forster . The sixth season winner was Anisa Celik .

Second phase: the battle round

In the 6th season, a total of 54 children were able to qualify for the second round during the “blind auditions”, so 18 candidates were represented in each team. Three children from each team sang a song together, a so-called "battle". The respective coach then decided which of them could continue to participate in the next round, the “Sing Offs”.

Third phase: the sing-offs

The six winners from the “battles” appeared again one after the other in the respective team. There they sang their songs from the "Blind Auditions" again. Your own coach was then allowed to choose two children from your own team to take part in the final. Each coach was able to “steal” a third talent from another team, which then also made it to the final.

Fourth phase: finals

The final took place on April 15, 2018. In order to protect minors , the stage performances of the underage participants were recorded earlier and broadcast with a time delay, only the announcement of the winners was broadcast live.

The three finalists per team had a joint appearance with their coach and then each had a solo appearance. After that, each coach had to choose one of his talents, which he took into the final phase, the “voting round”.

Fifth phase: voting round

The three winners of the fourth phase Benicio, Santiago and Anisa each sang another song. In addition, the band Sunrise Avenue was guests, who presented their new title Heartbreak Century . In the meantime, viewers could vote for their favorites via televoting . The winner of the show became Anisa.
